Are the rooms cleaned daily?

The team will come in daily, make your bed and take out your trash. Full cleaning is provided on the third day of your stay. We will gladly provide more frequent room cleaning or changing of linen/towels on request.

Breakfast in Bed?

Whilst we do not have a restaurant, we do offer a room service breakfast instead. Select the breakfast option you want the evening before and we will deliver it at your chosen time to your room or to the roof garden (6.30 AM - 10.00 AM). Breakfast can be purchased as part of your room rate package or when you check-in.

What is the Roof Garden?

We love Tuguegarao City but like most cities it is a pretty crowded place, so we wanted to give our guests a small place on our roof to get away from it all. The roof garden is a great place to sit back and relax during the day or evening on your own or with friends. You are welcome to eat meals or have a drink there.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is Check-In and Check-Out?

Check-In is at 2 PM and Check-Out is at 12 Noon. We will always try to be flexible but need to keep in mind other arriving or departing guests and our own operation. Please let us know in advance your arrival and departure time.

How about Airport Transportation?

We can arrange airport pick-up and drop-off, just let us know the day before. Charges may apply.

Is there luggage storage?

We will be happy to store your bags during the day.

What are the parking options?

We provide secure parking for motorbikes onsite, just let us know the day before your arrival. For cars, we offer a close by private off-site car park for one car per room booked at no additional charge. Guest may self-park, however we will also park it for you and deliver it back at the time you require.

Safety and security for our guests and staff is our utmost importance:

All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers
The residence has a fire evacuation alarm
CCTV is monitoring all public areas and the building perimeter
The main door has an access control
There is 24 hour onsite staff
There is a back-up generator for when the main electricity fails

How about the environment?

All rooms are equipped with an energy saving card to reduce energy consumption. Guests are encouraged to re-use their towels and we provide shampoo and soap in refillable dispensers, any other disposable amenities are provided upon request. All tableware and cutlery is washable and we use a filtration system for drinking water. Public area lighting operates using motion sensors to minimise usage, and the building utilizes solar power to supplement its energy consumption. The back-up generator is designed only to provide limited lighting and fans only. All recyclable waste is separated before disposal.
